After go-live
We keep training alive: refreshers, new-hire onboarding packs, and updates when your processes change. Ask anytime, we will add a short video or a quick step-by-step guide.

4. Deliver & Practice
Run short live sessions and hands-on workshops; share recordings and links to Odoo/YouTube resources. Track completion and questions; keep sessions practical and time-boxed.
5. Enable Key Users & Admins
Deep dives for key users; train-the-trainer for local champions; admin topics (users, access, backups, basic troubleshooting).
6. Reinforce & Onboard
Post-go-live refreshers, new-hire onboarding packs, and quick update videos when processes change. Quarterly review of adoption and gaps.
