Our phased approach
1. Readiness & Scope

2. Staging Build & Module Port
Using official tools and proven scripts, we migrate your database and port custom/third-party modules into staging. We run regression tests on both standard and custom flows.
3. User Walkthrough & Acceptance
Your key users validate day-to-day workflows in staging. Findings are captured centrally (sheet or in Odoo) and resolved with clear ownership and dates.
4. Dress Rehearsal
We simulate the cutover end-to-end: timings, data checks, reports, and interfaces. Backup and rollback are verified so there are no surprises on the night.
5. Cutover to Production
We execute a planned window with a freeze, communication plan, and final checks. Minimal disruption; same-day readiness for your teams.
6. Stabilise & Support
